GridRealm is a vibrant 2D tactical adventure that brings classic pixel-art style to life. Set in a world built on ancient magical tiles, you play as a lone knight crossing shifting lands where every step matters.

The World & Atmosphere

The game leans heavily into the contrast between light and dark:

• The Overworld: Explore bright plains and golden forests with warm, saturated colors that make the world feel alive and inviting.
• The Deep: Descend into caves and ruins where jagged stone and dim lighting take over. Most light comes from glowing flora and sparks from your sword.

The Gameplay Loop

You play as a Knight navigating a tiled grid, where movement is strategic and deliberate.

• Monster Slaying: Face enemies from cave Demons to Cobalt Core slimes.
• Level Progression: As you clear levels, new tiles unlock, revealing hidden paths and deeper areas.
• Tactical Pacing: Pixel-perfect movement and enemy zones make combat feel like a high-stakes dance, where one mistake can cost you.
